Can I buy from Havis directly?

Havis does not sell directly to end-users. However, Havis values the Partnership established with our Reseller network. Havis Resellers are grouped into 4 tiers, which are based on several criteria, including historical and current Havis business. All Havis Resellers are expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, promote Havis core values of Comfort, Safety, Quality, and be prepared to deliver intelligent solutions to meet your business needs.


Can I place my order online through the Havis website?

Havis does not sell directly to end-users. However, our website can be used to generate a list of the components needed to build your solution, and you can submit this list as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Our sales team and Preferred Reseller will reach out to you with more information. To add a product to your RFQ, simply visit any product configurator or product specification page and click the "View, Edit, Print or Submit Quote" button.


Can I cancel/update my order online through the Havis website?

Currently, orders cannot be modified or canceled via www.havis.com. Please contact the reseller that the product was ordered from, or reach out to the Havis Sales Team through our Contact Us form under the Company tab.


How do I find a reseller in my area?

Havis has Preferred Resellers throughout the United States. For an interactive map that lists resellers by postal code or state, please visit the Find a Reseller page.


What reps cover my territory?

Havis has Independent Sales Representatives in many regions throughout the United States. To see who covers your territory, visit the Independent Reps page under Helpful Links on the Find a Reseller page. Select your state to show the contact information for the Independent Reps in your area.


Does Havis have a list of the most popular or recommended products for each vehicle?

Yes, Havis' Technical Support and Engineering teams maintain a running list of many vehicles and the products that we recommend for them. Please use this Vehicle Application Chart to view the most recommended parts for your vehicle. It is located under the Support tab > Action Links > Product Compatibility Charts.


What if I can’t find what I’m looking for and need a customized solution?

Do you offer GSA pricing?

Effective June 1, 2010, Havis Inc.'s GSA contract is void. We decided to cancel GSA contract # GS-07F-8807D to eliminate direct competition with our loyal resellers and to streamline our business to focus on our core competencies.

The following loyal resellers all have a GSA Contract. They have agreed to service you as well as Havis has in the past as they each sell the full-line of Havis products.
